Cancellation Policy

Note: Your credit card is NOT CHARGED before your departure from the hotel! The credit card is only used to secure your booking. How can I cancel?

What cancellation charges apply to my credit card?
Your credit card will be charged only according to our cancellation policy. You show up according to your reservation, your credit card will not be charged in advance.

Up to 30 days before arrival, guests can cancel free of charge. In the event of cancellation, the guest pays an amount of 50% of the total price in the 30 days before arrival and the total price in the 14 days before arrival.

The down payment/guarantee amount is always the amount of the total price of your booking.

Please note that your cancellation has been accepted only when you receive our confirmation, this will be normally on the same day or following day
